Job Summary:
As a Client Servicing Executive, your primary responsibility is to act as a liaison
between the agency and its clients. You will be responsible for understanding
client needs, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns, and maintaining
strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact
for assigned clients, understanding their requirements, objectives, and
expectations.
Assignment Management: Coordinate with internal teams
(creative, media, content and production) to plan and execute design
assignments that align with client briefs and objectives.
Project Coordination: Manage project timelines, budgets,
and resources to ensure timely delivery of campaigns while meeting
quality standards.
Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to
clients showcasing campaign strategies, creative concepts, and
performance reports.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with
clients, acting as their advocate within the agency and ensuring their
needs are met.
Problem Solving: Address client concerns or issues
promptly and effectively, finding solutions in collaboration with internal
teams.
Review and Reports : Monitor performance, gather
feedback, and generate reports to measure success of every team
member and identify areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build
rapport with clients.
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple client
accounts simultaneously.
Understanding of advertising principles, market trends, and
consumer behavior.
Ability to collaborate and coordinate across different teams
within the agency.
Proven experience in client servicing, preferably within an
marketing agency.
Graduation with excellent communication skills with good
knowledge of emails and basic computers.
