Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in creating visual concepts and

designs for various marketing materials, ensuring they align with brand identity

and effectively communicate the intended message to the audience.

Responsibilities:

Design Creation: Develop visual concepts and graphics for

diverse marketing materials including advertisements, brochures,

social media content, websites, and more.

Brand Adherence: Ensure all designs maintain consistency

with brand guidelines, portraying the brand’s tone, style, and identity.

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams,

copywriters, and clients to understand project requirements and

brainstorm ideas for campaigns.

Software Proficiency: Utilize graphic design software such

as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other

relevant tools to create high-quality designs.

Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects

simultaneously and adhere to project timelines while maintaining

design quality.

Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from clients

and internal teams into design iterations to achieve the desired

outcomes.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, new design

techniques, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to

the table.

Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Creative

Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

Creativity and the ability to develop visually appealing and

impactful designs.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color

theory, and layout composition.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and design

quality.

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and

communicate design ideas.

Software training courses and expertise in softwares

preferred.

Experience :

Minimum 2 years Experience. We would love to have more

experienced designers. Special preference to GD Art students.

Experience of designing brochures, logos and packaging preferred.
