Job Summary:

The Lead Management Executive will play a key role in managing and nurturing

potential leads generated through various marketing efforts within the agency.

This position involves assisting in lead generation, qualifying leads, and

supporting the lead nurturing process to facilitate successful conversions.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation Assistance: Support in executing lead

generation strategies, including campaigns, events, and digital

marketing initiatives.

Lead Qualification: Assist in assessing and qualifying leads

based on predefined criteria to prioritize potential prospects.

Lead Engagement: Communicate with leads via different

channels, providing information and addressing queries professionally.

Collaboration with Teams: Coordinate with marketing,

sales, and creative teams to support lead nurturing activities and

conversion strategies.

Reporting Support: Assist in compiling data and preparing

reports on lead performance and engagement activities.

Learning and Development: Continuously learn and adapt

to new lead management techniques and industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong interest in actively participating in lead management

and relationship-building tasks.

Good communication skills to engage effectively with

potential customers.

Basic understanding of marketing principles and lead

management is advantageous.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work efficiently

within a team environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications,

or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
