Job Summary:
The Video Editor is responsible for creating visually engaging video content
that aligns with client briefs and brand objectives. This role involves editing raw
footage into polished videos for various marketing campaigns across different
platforms.
Responsibilities:
Video Editing: Edit raw video footage into cohesive and
visually appealing videos that meet project requirements and brand
guidelines.
Creative Input: Collaborate with creative teams to
conceptualize video ideas and storyboards for campaigns.
Post-Production: Enhance video and audio quality, add
special effects, graphics, and animations as needed.
Content Optimization: Adapt videos for different platforms
and formats while ensuring they maintain high-quality output.
Project Management: Manage multiple video editing
projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to
understand their vision and incorporate feedback into video edits.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, new editing techniques, and software to enhance video production quality.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro,
After effects, or similar tools.
Creation of reels, multimedia videos and reports.
Creativity and storytelling skills to craft engaging narratives
through video content.
Strong understanding of video production processes,
including shooting, editing, and post-production.
Attention to detail with a focus on video and audio quality,
transitions, and effects.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work long hours.
Experience :
Minimum 2 years Experience. Knowledge of @D animation /
explainer videos will be an added advantage.
