Description

1.)    Check & Review BOMs & Indents (RM, hardware, purlins, sheeting, etc. – all items) – prepared by Asst. Manager (Engineering).

2.)    Check & Review DETAILED SHIPPING LIST (prepared by Manager (Design)) for each project.

3.)    Preparation of DETAILED Production plan – for each project – as directed by the Director: Subject to weekly revision,

4.)    Preparation of Detailed Procurement (purchase) plan – for each project – as directed by the Director; Subject to Weekly revision,

5.)    Preparation of Detailed Dispatch Plan – for each project, – as directed by Director; Subject to Weekly revision.

6.)    Incorporate these 3 plans into overall PRODUCTION/ACTIVITY PLAN,- as directed by the Director; Subjected to Weekly revision.

7.)    Select & finalise Production Vendor for each project – in consultation with the director.

8.)    DAILY Follow-up & monitoring of Production activities.

9.)    Ensure stage-wise inspection of ALL PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES as per approved QAP.

10.) Follow-up & monitor Procurement (Purchase) for PRODUCTION related activities.

11.) Arrange for dispatches as per plan- Arrangement of Dispatch vehicle, Confirmation form site (PROJECT Manager) regarding readiness of site to receive the dispatched material, Ensure proper ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM CUSTOMER AGAINST DELIVERY- No subsequent dispatches to be made till previous dispatch’s acknowledgment is received.

12.) Production Vendor’s rating.

13.) Guiding & monitoring the activities of subordinate staff,

14.) Any other activity not specifically mentioned above but found necessary for logical and satisfactory completion of above mentioned responsibilities;

15.) Any activity which may be specifically assigned to you by the management.

16.) Maintaining harmonious relations with all the involved parties, viz. local parties (Supplier), customer and the customer’s consultant if any.

17.) Supervision and maintenance of proper records as per the given norms and specific responsibilities suitable for your post as enumerated by management from time to time.
