1. Giving information about the courses running by the Institute
2. Attending all the incoming calls and Outgoing calls.
3. Daily follow-up of the inquiries
4. Provide support to students and deal with new students and existing queries to generate leads
5. Explain students about courses & programs
6. Responsible for achieving individual admission targets
7. Responsible for achieving agreed conversion rate from enquire to admissions
8. Ensure smooth and hassle free admission process for new students
9. Coordinate with other departments for smooth engagement and lead generation
10. Maintaining database of the inquiries received (walk-ins)
11. Maintaining all the documents
