Insurance Marketing Executive

As an Insurance Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing plans.

·        Achieve quarterly/yearly targets for the given class of insurance.

·        Obtain in-house training as per business requirements

·        Ensuring business hygiene standards, in face of business pressure

·        Ensuring planned spread of business across diverse product lines of the company

·        Monitoring key competition developments and ensuring flow of information to the organization

Desired Candidate Profile

·        Minimum expected qualification – Graduation

·        Experience: 2 + Years Of experience in Sales and Marketing in any sectors &/or freshers

·        Candidate needs excellent communication skills, perseverance, and adaptability

·        A result-driven and organized individual

·        Demonstrate excellent leadership skills

·        Ability to work under pressure

·        Good negotiation and sales skills

Remuneration/Reward

·        Excellent package based on experience and capability

·        Additional commission based on targets

·        Successful candidates may be promoted to the post of Managers and/or shifted to Dubai office for similar position with in-house Insurance Broker office.
