Responsibilities :-
Self Appearance
Cleanliness is the First priority, Your UF Uniforms must be Clean and ironed properly.Well groomed and clean shoes are a must, Being on Time to work is appreciated and rewarded.

Customer Services
Greeting Customers with a SMILE.
Interacting with customers / Finding Items for Customers & Responding to customers’ Questions.
Directing customers to The Specific Counters.
Respecting the Customers and being Patience is the must for Everyone.
Offering Information about Products / Displaying Fashion Items
Updating them with the “NEW ARRIVALS” & Upcoming “DISCOUNTS” / “OFFERS”
Provide Information about Products or Current Specials Offers / Discounts
In case of Exchange Issue : Update Customers Exchange terms and Conditions.
Asking Customers to give feedback on your services.
In case if customers don’t find products, Note Down The customers Number and Update Them.
No Fighting or Misbehaving in front of Customer’s. If there is any Issue Report it in front of the Manager.
No Mobile/Phone During Customer Services.
No Gossip While customers are on the Floor.

3. Stock Maintenance

Ensure that items are Priced and Labeled Correctly.
Maintaining the Store Area Clean and Organized, Keep the Showroom Tidy.
Maintaining the self- Counter Record Book upto date.
Ironing the Displayed Un – sold Clothes.
Arranging the Clothes in a category wise.
Maintain Cross-selling products.
Items for Customers if they don’t find it in our Store,Inform the Manager
Before the Closing time, Make sure All the Displayed Clothes are Folded back to its Places.

Duty Time Records
Floor + Self Appearance Records
Total Sales ( Minimum Target 2 Lakh Without Offer )
Collection of Customers Feedback.
Collection of Customers Whatsapp Number.
